Dan has been an active entrepreneur for over 40 years. After college, Dan operated a successful regional chain of retail stores for 24 years. Beginning in 1997, Dan sold most of his businesses while retaining the underlying portfolio of commercial properties. Since then, Dan has focused on investing in, managing, and leasing real estate and businesses throughout East Tennessee. In 2010, Dan got his real estate license and put his extensive market knowledge and experience, along with his strong work ethic, to work on behalf of the region and business owners everywhere. Prior to joining Premier Brokerage, Dan was an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone and Senior Vice President in Avison Young's Knoxville office.

Luke Adkins got his first job stocking shelves in his family’s retail stores at age 9. As a 4th generation entrepreneur and investor, Luke understands the worth and importance of a successful business or valuable piece of property, and he is passionate about America’s ownership culture and sharing the offer of independence and opportunity with new buyers. Luke is proud to have achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, awarded to the most successful professionals in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining Premier Brokerage, Luke was an Affiliate Broker with River Rock Real Estate and a Senior Associate with Avison Young in Knoxville.
